Good News Alerts, dont want programming alerts or clickbait

While I appreciate the timely news alerts and generally enjoy reading the related news articles, I really dont want to see what they call Programming Alerts.
Letting me know whats on tv tonight is not worth interrupting my workday. I wish I could opt- out.
I understand the app is free, so I still think overall its worth having, but I wish it were more user-focused.
