Since the cable merger with Charter/Spectrum your app does not work for former Time Warner Cable customers. App will NOT let a TWC member login or create a new account. Almost a week now with NO LIVE STREAMING..... and digital support doesnt read help requests they just send out a canned email that does not address the issue at all.
